From the Tyrrhenian coast: 

Take the A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria highway,

• Come off at "Vazzano" and then continue on the road toward Serra San Bruno until you reach Simbario

From the Ionian coast: 
Take the road SS106 toward Soverato. 
Then take the road 148 toward Serra San Bruno until you reach Simbario.
